Incomplete or inaccurate file submissions are set aside until the file is right. You can save you and your client lots of stress by double-checking your file before you submit it.
Once the additional conditions are submitted and the loan file is complete and accurate, it's usually less than half a day to actually process the application. If you are a broker and want to know the status of your loan, your lender has access to our system. If you simply can't wait to go through your wholesaler, you can call us at 877.922.5432, then hit 4,1 at the prompts. This will go to voicemail between 8am and noon so the underwriters can work undistracted. They then return calls in the afternoon.
