The reply feature is one of the most valuable features of the Crisis Notification System and builds the critical "Who's Missing" report for each outbound message. The reply feature allows disaster coordinators and team leaders to see who has received the emergency message and able to respond. When a critical message is sent, employees can respond to the system with a click on the link in the outbound email or reply to the SMS message with the acknowledgement code. The Crisis Notification System will then record them as accounted for . The individuals that have not replied, or replied incorrectly, will be listed on the report also. T  also   a. he voice system will also track whether the call was answered, busy, answering machine or no answer and record in CMNS reports.

If you want to send a message that does not require tracking, you can check the "Don't Track This Message" box in the Attach/Create Message stages. Any messages with this box checked will not be tracked by the Who's Missing reporting function.
You can export this report to a .csv or excel file by clicking on the export data icon.
