Upon first login, you will be asked to select one of three ways to be presented with the multiple factor:
  • Text Message
  • Voice Call
  • Google Authenticator

Text Message
Select Text Message from the drop down list and select Next. If you have a mobile number in the system it will be displayed, however, you may change it if desired. Once you have verified your mobile number, select Validate. This will send a text message to the number entered.

Voice Call
Select Voice Call from the drop down list and select Next. If you have a mobile number, home number, or work number in the system it will be displayed, however, you may change the desired number.
Once you have verified your voice number, select Validate. This will call the selected number and an automated voice will speak the validation code.
Once the voice call is received, enter the code and then select Confirm. You may press 1 to hear the message spoken again. Finally, select Save to complete MFA setup, then Done to complete login.

Google Authenticator
Google Authenticator is a software based two-step authentication token developed by Google. The Authenticator provides a six digit number that users must provide in addition to their username and password to log in. Google generates an 80-bit secret key for each user, provided as a QR code. Google provides iOS, Android, and BlackBerry versions of Authenticator. Please note:  Before proceeding, you must install the Authenticator application on your device.

Select Google Authenticator from the drop down list and select Next.
Verify that the Google Authenticator application is installed on your device and then add an account by scanning the QR code or by using the key displayed. Finally, select Save to complete MFA setup, then Done to complete login.

Subsequent Login
Once multifactor authentication has been set up, on every subsequent login you will be prompted for a one-time secure key.  Enter the code delivered via your chosen authentication type and select Continue.
