Login into ARB
Click on the [Subscribers] Tab
Click on the [active] drop down menu
Select [Unsubscribed]
Click [View] next to persons name
Click on [edit] (right side of screen)
Click on the [Status] drop down menu
Select “Subscribed”
Click on [Update]

[[ARB Legacy Platform]]
Login into ARB
Click on the "Contacts" tab
Select "Search Contacts"
Select button for "View specific contacts from within the selected lists below"
Click on available list (if required) or "All Lists"
Click the [Next]
In the "Search for Contacts" window type in the email address you want to change
In the Drop Down menu , change Activity Status to "Any Status"
Click [NEXT]
On the email you want to change, click [Edit] (right side of screen)
In the "Status" Drop Down menu , change Status to "Active"
Click [Save And Exit]
