To create a new e-Brochure:

  • Login to e-Brochures
  • Select Leeflet from the administration toolbar on the left side of the screen
  • Click on the New Leeflet button
  • A Leeflet information window will open on the General tab with these fields:
    • Name (Required)
    • Description (Required)
    • Preview Image URL
    • Start Date
    • End Date
    • Category
    • Checkbox for Is Active
  • Once all the required fields have been completed click the Create button 
    • A success message will appear in the upper right corner of the screen
  • Click on the Email Template Tab to continue creating the Leeflet.  There are two tabs within the email template tab:
    • Email Design - This tab contains elements that will be the main components of the Leeflet
      • Email Subject (Required)
      • Email Replacers
      • Checkbox for Enable HTML in email
      • Email Body (Required)
    • Optional Settings - This tab contains elements that are optional to the creation of the Leeflet
      • From Name
      • Reply To Name
      • Preview Template URL
      • From Name Address
      • Reply To Name Address
  • Once all the required fields have been completed click Create 
  • A success message will appear in the upper right corner of the screen
  • The Leeflet is now created and will be shown as an Active Leeflet
