You can easily move direct deposits and recurring payments to your Global account, all with the click of a mouse. No complicated switch kits or wasting time contacting payees, just a simple, easy process that does the work for you.  


Go to your eBranch account

The easiest and quickest way is through your eBranch account:

  1. Log in to your eBranch account
  2. Go to the Additional Services Tab
  3. Click on ClickSWITCH and follow the prompts
You can switch your direct deposits and automatic payments. Account information is transferred instantly. It’s fully automated, convenient and takes less than 10 minutes. Members using ClickSWITCH can:
  • Transfer direct deposits to their new account;
  • Notify auto-debit payees of the new account information and update their billing information (utilities, insurance, club memberships, etc.);
  • Close prior external account(s).


Go to a Global Branch

Drop by a Global Branch and a Member Service Representative will enroll you and provide you with a SwitchTRACK Code.  Then click here to go online  and create a password and follow the prompts to switch your direct deposits and automatic payments.


Call Global
