Due to our new computer system upgrade on December 1, 2008 the process of signing into anytimeBanking has changed.

For anytimeBanking, for your first post conversion log-in, please click on the “First Time Log-in After Conversion” link.  Your Primary Savings Account number or Youth Primary Savings Account number will be your account number (User ID/Account Number) and the last four digits of your social security number will be your password – which you must then immediately change.

If you are a new user to anytimeBanking, or have forgotten your password, you must call the credit union at 800-894-1200 first, to receive a temporary password.  Once you have your temporary password, you will click on the “New User, or Forgot Your Password? Click here” to log-in.

If you currently are the joint owner on an account with a different log-in and/or password than the primary account holder, you will need to use the account number for the primary account holder and the last four digits of the primary account holder’s social security number to log into this account.  Primary account holders and joint account holders will no longer have different log-ins for the same account.  Furthermore, after the computer system upgrade, you will only be able to see a primary account holders accounts/loans on anytimeBanking.  To view accounts in which you are a joint account holder, you will need to log into that account as the Primary Account Holder with appropriate account number, password and security question answers.

Also, a new Authentication process will replace Safe2Login as an additional layer of online security for anytimeBanking. It will be necessary for you to select and provide answers to at least four security questions. In addition to providing the account number and new password, you will always be prompted to provide the answer to a security question before you can proceed to anytimeBanking.

We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the new anytimeBanking features by clicking on the  “Try the anytimeBanking demo” link on the top navigation bar of the log-in screen.  If you have any additional questions, please contact Member Services during regular business hours at 800-894-1200 and a representative will be happy to assist you.
