Monterra Credit Union has a variety of Text Alert programs that use different short codes depending on the alert. The following short codes are used by Monterra and we recommend you store and save these short codes in your mobile phone.

If you receive a message from a short code that is not from any of the numbers above, please do not respond. Please forward it to us at
fraud@monterra.org. If you have entered information about one of your Monterra Credit Union accounts on a suspicious site, text or phone call, please contact us immediately at
(650) 363-1725 so we can help you take the necessary precautions to protect your accounts.
Monterra Credit Union will NEVER call or text and ask you to provide personal account information such as account numbers, PINs, authentication codes or debit or credit card numbers.
