On the "Top Contributors" page, you will see a list of users, their total points, and rank across all topics or for a selected topic.  The Point Break Down section indicates where a person earned points, as follows: Improve Knowledge Base (KB) Content New - Points earned for drafting new knowledge base articles Edited - Points earned for editing knowledge base articles Comments Used to Improve - Points earned for submitting comments used to improve KB content   Community Questions Answered Selected Answers - Points earned for suggesting answers identified as answering questions posed in the community Ideas Suggested Implemented - Points earned for ideas that get launched   General Participation - Points earned for all other types of activity
