If you have successfully accessed Home banking and Bill Pay in the past and it either logs you completely out of the services or you cannot find the server, then wait a few minutes and log back in.  The problem should be addressed and the server will then allow you in the system.

If you have never been able to successfully connect to the Home banking or Bill Pay then most likely your Web browser is not set up properly to handle security or your current Web browser is not compatible with either service.
