Quick Selection Checklist

  • Current Doctors: Check the 2026 "Provider Directory" for every plan. Networks change annually.
  • Medications: Look at the "Formulary" (drug list) to see which "Tier" your prescriptions fall into.
  • Total Cost: Don't just look at the premium. Add your expected co-pays and deductible to find the "worst-case scenario" cost.
  • Travel: If you travel frequently, a PPO is often necessary for out-of-state coverage.
