There are two types of non-sufficient funds (NSF) fees.

When you make a checking transaction, in-person or electronically, that involves more funds than you have available in your checking account, the transaction will not be completed, and you may be charged a NSF fee of $29.

If you deposit a check from an account that doesn't have enough funds to cover it you may be charged a NSF fee of $29.00
