The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) is a broad California law that went into effect January 1, 2020. The law provides rights to ensure people are aware of how their information is collected, what personal information is collected, and, in some circumstances, provides the right to delete such information. 

RCU collects cookies and IP addresses on our public website to personalize content, assist our marketing, and analyze our site use. We have always collected this information to help us improve our website and create a better online experience for visitors. In accordance with the CCPA, we have added a pop-up message on our website to remind site visitors that we collect this information.

RCU does not collect personal information that triggers the right-to-know or the right-to-delete information. All personal information provided by our Members is protected, and we require this information to be able to serve you and offer you financial products and services. All other personal information collected is deidentified and cannot be linked to a specific person.
