When you log in to RCU Online banking, the system will try to authenticate you as the proper account user. Occasionally, the system will determine that you are logging in from a computer or network that has not been set to be remembered by the system. In those situations a security/challenge question will be presented that you selected when you signed up for Online Banking access to ensure your authentication. In addition, you may also be asked a security question when you attempt to log in after you delete cookies from your computer.
