There are a number of steps you can take on your own to try to resolve issues accessing your accounts online:

  • Check that you are entering the correct Username and password. Your Username is not case-sensitive, but your password is.
  • If you are logging in from a different computer than normal, you may be asked challenge (security) questions.
  • Add RCU Online banking to your list of trusted sites in your internet browser, if you have not already done so.
  • Consider updating your anti-virus protection.
