How do I change the phone number on my account?
Whenever you change your phone number, Redwood Credit Union needs your updated contact information. You may alert us of your change in contact information by using any of the following options:
- Online: You may update your address through your RCU Online banking account. After logging on to RCU Online Banking, select "Profile & Settings" and then select the "Edit" button to update your contact information.
- Telephone: You may call our Member Service Center at 1 (800) 479-7928, where one of our representatives will assist you.
- Fax: You may also write a letter and fax your address change request to us at 707-522-6857, Attention: Member Services.
- Mail: You may also write a letter and mail your address change request to us at Redwood Credit Union, PO Box 6104, Santa Rosa, CA 95406.
- In person: Just stop by any branch with your new contact information and our representative will update your account for you.
