If the ATM credits your account for the incorrect amount for a check deposit, RCU should catch the posting error and correct your account within 2 business days. We will mail you an adjustment notice and a copy of all of your checks in the deposit. If the correction is not made on your account within 2 business days, please contact RCU’s Member Service Center at 1 (800) 479-7928 or visit your nearest branch location for assistance.
