How do I export my account information to Quicken, Quickbooks or a similar program in RCU Online?

If you use an account aggregator tool such as Quicken or Quickbooks and would like to download and update your RCU account information manually, you can follow these steps:

On the main Account Summary screen, click on "Options" and choose the file download format for the program you wish to use. Currently you can download Money-OFX, Quicken-QFX and QuickBooks-QBO files.

You can adjust the date ranges and choose the account you would like to download. The default is to show 6 months of account information and All Accounts (see image below).

Once you click "Download" the file can be saved to your computer or you can choose to Open file. The file will open within the program associated with it (Money, Quicken or Quickbooks) and it imports your information. If you choose to Save the file you will need to open the file or import the file into your program manually. 

Note: If transaction information in Quicken is already loaded, you may see duplicates if the dates overlap.
