There are two ways to accomplish this.

To add an external account by searching:

From the Accounts tab, on the Account Summary page click on the green Add Accounts icon:

On the following screen, read the instructions and click 'Next".

Then, click on the first letter of the name of the financial institution and click "Next":

On the next screen, enter your account number or user ID and PIN or password:

Enter Credentials

If your financial institution is not listed, you may add your account manually.  


To add an acount manually:

On the Accounts tab, on the Account Summary page, click on the Upload Accounts icon:

Import Accounts

On the next screen, click "Choose File" to upload a QFX or an OFX file from your other financial institution.  This will load your account and downloaded transactions into RCU Online.
