I am not able to see my shares online when I log in, how do I correct this?

Online Banking has a feature where you can choose to only show your favorite accounts. If you are not able to see your shares when you log in this feature may be turned on. To correct this follow the steps below:

Login to online banking

Transactions

Select the options link on the Account Summary Screen. You will then see an option titled "show only favorite accounts." Select this option to turn the feature off.
