How can I download my transactions into MS Excel?

It's tax season and we all know what that means: Spreadsheets! Thankfully RCU Online banking has given you a quick and convenient way to extract your data from your online transaction history. In order to download a .CSV (comma separated value ) file that you can use in Excel, please follow the steps below:

1. Login to your RCU Online banking account. Once logged in, you should see a screen very similar to the one below:

2. Click on the share that you would like to get a history for in .CSV file format (NOTE: You can only download .CSV files from an individual share, not from the whole account at once)

3. Once you have opened the share that you are interested in downloading the information for, please click on Options, and then choose Download as .CSV

4. Once Downloaded you can save the file to your computer, and will be able to open it with Microsoft Excel or any other spreadsheet program.
