Under the Redwood Rewards section in your Online Banking, you are able to view your rewards activity, including your recent points you have accrued on your account.

If you are trying to access your Redwood Rewards account, and you receive this error message, it is due to one of three reasons.

Redwood Rewards technical difficulties

  • You have just enrolled in Redwood Rewards and used the card for the first time;
  • You have Redwood Rewards currently on your account, but not yet made a qualifying purchase;
  • You have had the Redwood Rewards program in the past, and chose to opt out of it at any point in time, and then re-enrolled

The creation of your online profile and tracking of your Redwood Rewards activity can take up to 30 days from the date of the first qualifying use of the card.  During that period of time, the error message above will appear.  Please check back after that time frame to view your Redwood Rewards profile.
