When troubleshooting issues with a web browser, sometimes it is necessary to clear your web cache, cookies, and history in order to best resolve the issue. This will reset your browser so that it is just like the first time you used it, without any of your personal information in it. We do this to ensure that there is no outdated, or conflicting information your web browser may have stored.  In Firefox, in order to clear the web history, cache, and cookies please follow the directions below for Mac:

1. In the menu bar, click on History > Clear Recent History.

2.In the window that appears, click on the drop-down menu to the right of "Time range to clear" and select Everything. If necessary, expand the Details section and ensure both Cookies and Cache are checked.

3. Click Clear Now. The progress wheel may spin for a few minutes, depending on how much data needs to be deleted. Once it has stopped, the process is complete.

4. Next, you must quit Firefox entirely for the changes to take effect. To do this, please select the Firefox menu in the upper left of your screen, and click on Quit. You can also use the keyboard command COMMAND + Q to do this
