Why doesn't RCU provide the phone numbers of each of its branches so that I can call the branch directly?
RCU has established a Member Service Center to provide telephone assistance as quickly as possible. The centralized Member Service Center helps us to avoid phone interruptions when we are assisting you at a branch. When you wish to reach us by phone, you are ensured that the next available representative will assist you.
