There could be many different reasons why your Debi/ATM card is not working properly. The card may be damaged, the Point of Sale terminal could not establish a valid connection, or if a loan becomes 25 days past due, debit and ATM card access is automatically blocked.

Under most circumstances, you may reactivate card access by bringing your loan(s) current.
