When do my ATM deposits become available to me?

Through Instant Deposit Access, RCU seeks to make as much of your ATM deposit immediately available to you as possible. If a portion of your ATM deposit is not immediately available, it will become available on the first business day after the business day the deposit was made. For example:

  • Deposit made on Wednesday: the deposit will be available on Thursday.
  • Deposit made on Saturday (a non-business day): the deposit will be available on Tuesday.

As with checks deposited in person at RCU branches, in some circumstances, the hold period can be extended. If this occurs, you will be notified by mail.
