Why can't I view my cleared checks in RCU Online Banking?

Only checks written from your RCU account are available for viewing in online banking. Deposited checks through RCU's mobile app or an ATM are not available at this time. Your cleared checks may take a few days to become available to view in RCU Online Banking. If the check is not yet available, you will see a message informing you of this. If the check cleared several days ago and is still not available to view in online banking, it may be because the check is a hand posted check or was issued via Automated Clearing House (ACH).

For assistance, please call us at 1 (800) 479-7928 or contact us through online banking.
