Internet Explorer can sometimes have issues logging in to our system due to session cookies not being accepted in Internet Explorer's settings. Cookies are small pieces of data that our website uses with your computer to understand and identify who you are. If your computer settings are adjusted in such a way that RCU cannot identify you from your Cookies, it may cause for issues with logging in. To Adjust these setting to be compatible with RCU, please follow the directions below:

1. Go to the upper right corner of the screen and click on the 'Tools icon' menu options.

2. Scroll down to ‘Internet options’ and click on it to open.

3. The internet options menu will pop up. Click on the tab at the top of the widow near the center titled ‘Privacy’ and then click on the ‘Advanced’ button

4. From here, check the “Override automatic cookie handling” which will allow for you to click on the button fields to ACCEPT both First-party and Third-party Cookies.

5. Finally, check the box ‘Always allow session cookies’ and then click OK.
