If your security settings are too high, you may not be able to use all of the available functions with RCU Online banking. To check your security settings, or to adjust them, please follow the information below:

1. To resolve these issues please press Ctrl AND +  which will bring up the Preference window. You can also select preferences from the dropdown menu when you click on the Gear Wheel in the upper right hand corner.

2. Click on the ‘Security’ tab

3. Make sure that Java, JavaScript, and Plug-ins are all CHECKED and that Block pop-up windows is unchecked.

4. Close this window, restart safari, and the issue should be resolved. If you are still having issues, please see other AskRCU articles for more detailed assistance.
