What has changed with Bill Pay?

We’ve heard your feedback and we've upgraded to a better Bill Pay service that includes many features Members have requested, including:

  • More electronic payments (fewer check payments)
  • Access to thousands more eBillers, allowing you to view and pay bills right from your account in online banking or the mobile app
  • Calendar view of upcoming due dates and scheduled payments
  • Ability to set payment reminders

When is Bill Pay going to be upgraded?

  • Members enrolled in Bill Pay were offered the option to select a late July or late September upgrade date. Those who chose July were upgraded on July 26. Those who chose September or did not make a selection will be upgraded in late September.
  • Additional information on how to prepare for the new Bill Pay will be sent to Members prior to their upgrade date.

Will my payees and scheduled payments be included in the upgrade?

  • All of your payees (billers) will transfer to the new Bill Pay.
  • Your scheduled payments will transfer to the new Bill Pay except for autopayments on eBills you currently have. For your security, you will need to re-connect to your eBill accounts by logging into those accounts within the new Bill Pay service. We will provide you more detailed information about this in the coming weeks.

What should I expect during the upgrade?

  • There will be a one-week enhancement period prior to your upgrade date where you will be unable to schedule payments in the Bill Pay service. (Payments scheduled in advance of this period will happen as scheduled.) We will provide additional details, reminders, and tips prior to your upgrade date, and our team will be available to assist with any questions.
