The External Transfers feature is designed exclusively to enable transfers to or from your accounts at other financial institutions, and will not work for transferring between RCU accounts.
To transfer funds between your own Redwood Credit Union accounts, use internal transfers.
To transfer funds to another RCU Member, follow the steps for Member to Member transfers.
To transfer funds between your External account and your Redwood Credit Union accounts, follow the steps for setting up external transfers in digital banking.
