If you choose to move forward with closing your account, there are several options. Please note that any outstanding balance on loan products must be satisfied before the account can be fully closed.

Either visit one of our Member Center locations or contact us at (800) 762-0047 from 8:00 am-8:00 pm, Monday-Friday or 9:00 am-1:00 pm on Saturday. When speaking with a Member Experience Representative, please request that your account be closed entirely. Any funds available in any of the accounts will be mailed to the address on file in the form of a cashier's check.
