We value your membership and would love the opportunity to continue this relationship. We offer several services like online/mobile banking and Shared Branching for our members who move out of state or leave the area.

If you choose to move forward with closing your account, there are several options. Please note that any outstanding balance on loan products must be satisfied before the account can be fully closed.

  • Contact us at 937-912-7000 between the hours of 8AM-8PM Monday-Friday or 9AM-1PM on Saturday. When calling in, please select option 7 for the Service Department. Once you are on the line with a representative and we have verified your identity, request that your account be closed entirely. Any funds available in any of the accounts will be mailed to the address on file in the form of a cashier's check.
  • Request in writing via this form that your account be closed entirely. With this hand written request, please include a copy of your driver's license, sign, and date the request. You can then mail that written request to PO Box 340134 Beavercreek, OH 45434-0134.
  • Visit one of our Member Center locations.
