WSECU has a new credit and debit card PIN process in place as of Jan. 30. When that new system went live, some members’ PINs did not transfer over and are now not working. If you have had your PIN rejected, please call our Contact Center at 800.562.0999 for a PIN reset between 7:00 am – 7:00 pm, Monday – Friday, and 9:00 am – 2:00 pm on Saturday. We’re sorry for any inconvenience and want to help. Call for a reset and we’ll get you on your way again.
If you are not able to reach us during business hours, you may be able to use your debit card by designating your purchase as a “credit” transaction. The funds will still be removed from your checking account, however the purchase is confirmed with your signature and identification rather than your PIN.
