At this time, you can only change the PIN on our EMV/Chip debit card by coming in to the main branch and having a new card made. This will allow you to select a PIN as we produce the card. All cards with the same card number must be replaced. There is a $10 card replacement fee per card.
We can also send you a confirmation of your existing PIN. Just contact us at 509.535.0191 or 800.828.8691 and we can send it out to you.
If you still have a non-chip debit card, we can change the PIN at either branch location.
