If your policy number consists of only numbers (Example: 0 1234567 01), this insurance self-service capability is not currently available online.  You must contact your agent or call our Member Service Center at 888.883.8611 to change your payment plan.
If your policy number includes both numbers and letters (Example: AUT01234567 or HOM01234567), yes. Once the information for your renewal or next policy term is produced, you can change the payment plan for your insurance policy prior to the renewal effective date – provided no payments have been made, or a scheduled payment has been sent to your financial institution.

Once you have registered your auto policy to your online account, you can change your payment plan from your online account by selecting the Billing and Payment link from the options listed under “Registered Policies”. Go to Payment Plans from within the “Billing and Payment” area to complete your transaction.
