We fulfill membership card requests for Alaska,  Arizona, Montana,  Nevada, Northern California, Utah and Wyoming.

Although AAA is nationwide, each territory has their own association and their own website to support their Members. If you do not live in the states listed above, please visit  www.aaa.com/stop and enter the zip code in which your Membership originated from. Doing this will re-direct you to your current club's website where you will be able to contact your club directly.

You may request replacement membership cards when logged into your online account, by emailing us or by phone. 

To request online:  Please sign in to your online account.  Once you are signed in, please click on "Request Replacement Card".  A box will pop up asking your to confirm your request.  Submit Request.

To request by email:  You may Email Us to request a replacement membership card. Please provide the correct mailing address to send the membership card and the name(s) of everyone for whom you need membership cards.

To request by phone:  Please call our Membership Services directly at 800-922-8228. Our representatives are available to serve you Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and Saturday and Sunday 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Pacific Time).


Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your membership cards by mail.
