While AAA roadside services are available any time of day, no matter where you are, we understand special circumstances may arise and require help from another provider—such as extreme weather conditions or the lack of a AAA contractor in a particular area. In these cases, AAA Members may submit a reimbursement form with their original paid receipts* for consideration. Be sure to always keep copies for your files. Please allow 6–8 weeks for processing.

*Receipts received after 60 days from the date service was rendered may not be considered for reimbursement. All receipts must include the name of a valid AAA Member in Alaska, Arizona, Northern California, Montana, Nevada, Utah, or Wyoming and provide an itemized description of the services rendered, i.e. breakdown location, tow destination, or type of lockout (home or car).
