There are four ways to file a formal complaint:
  1. You can contact the Member Experience Department directly at 800-272-2877. Experienced representatives are available to assist you Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
     
  2. You can contact the Emergency Road Service or Member Services departments to have the representative file a complaint case.
    • Reach the Emergency Road Service department by calling 800-222-4357. Representatives are available to assist you 24/7.
    • AAA Member Services can be reached at 800-922-8228. Representatives are available to assist you Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Pacific Time.
  3. You can speak with a representative at your local AAA branch to file a complaint case.
     
  4. You can submit a complaint online by clicking here and choosing “Feedback” to submit your complaint.
