If you are unable to login using your existing User ID, try clicking on the self-service link on the Sign In page titled “Forgot your User ID?”. Once you have completed the questions that follow, your User ID will display on the screen. Then you can change your password by clicking on the self-service link titled “Forgot your password?” on the Sign In page.
If you are unable to login after obtaining your User ID and resetting your password, you can request that we delete your online profile so you may start fresh.
Therefore, if you wish to have your online profile access to AAA.com deleted, you can send an email to our Technical Support staff at ICMemberRelations@acg.aaa.com. Please include your name, membership number, if a member, and your user id only. Please do not send the password. You can also call our Technical Support staff at 877-736-7813.
