Paying by telephone or through online payment services should never take longer than three days to appear and validate in our systems. Usually this notice indicates your payment was not made on the AAA website, but through a third-party website, such as your bank, CheckFree, Quicken, etc. AAA currently does not directly connect with these third parties, which may result in a payment taking as long as 21 days to reach us.

 

If you have any doubt about where your payment was made, please call the Member Service Center at 888.883.8611 and provide the confirmation number you received when you made your payment.
