To publish a form on your web site:
- Go to Secure Forms dashboard and locate the form you want to publish to your web site.
- Open the public view of the form by clicking on the magnifying glass in the right corner
- From the form view window select select the URLs at the top of the page and copy it to a hyperlink in your web page.
