To remove exchange access

Required Role: File Editor
  • Click Exchanged Items from the left navigation menu
  • Click To Users from the drop-down menu
  • Locate the exchanged file in the Exchanged To Users grid
  • Click the "Edit Exchange" action icon (pencil)
  • Remove user and/or group exchanges access by:
    • Un-checking the box next to the user(s) on the Users tab
    • Un-checking the box next to the group(s) on the Select Groups tab
  • Once all selections for exchange access removal have been made click Update


The Exchanged To Users and Exchanged to Groups columns on the Share Management to Users tab will reflect the new counts after the changes.
