To remove exchange access

Required Role: File Editor
  • Click "File Library" from the left navigation menu
  • Click the Share Management to Users tab or locate the exchanged file in the All Files tab and click the "View Exchanges" bar
  • Locate the exchanged file in the Share Management to Users grid
  • Click the "Edit Exchange" action icon (pencil)
  • Remove user and/or group exchanges access by:
    • Un-checking the box next to the user(s) on the Select Users tab
    • Un-checking the box next to the group(s) on the Select Groups tab
  • Once all selections for exchange access removal have been made click "Update"


The Exchanged To Users and Exchanged to Groups columns on the Share Management to Users tab will reflect the new counts after the changes.
