• If you have tried to login to your digital vault, but have entered the incorrect credentials 5 times, your account will be locked.

  • There is currently a 5 minute lockout period after your account has been locked due to 5 failed login attempts.

  • In order to unlock your account please contact an administrator at your organization or wait the appropriate amount of time and try again
    • After the initial lockout time period has ended it will allow another 4 attempts before being locked again.
