To create an upload link in your email signature line to a folder

Step 1
  • Sign in to your digital vault
  • Create/Locate the folder you want the email signature link to be associated with for file uploads
  • Click on the ellipsis menu to the right of the file
  • Click "Share"
  • A Create Share for Folder dialogue box will appear for you to set the public folder upload link options
    • Share Name:
      • The default name will show as - Share for folder: (folder name inserted here)
      • If you wish to change the name simply type the desired name of your link in the text box that you want shown on the public folder upload page
    • Select Upload for the Share Direction
    • Select Multiple for the Share Link Option
      • Do not set a PIN Code. If you do, users will not be able to upload documents without having that PIN Code
      • Do not set an expiration date. If you do, your signature line link will need to be replaced every time the share link expires 
  • Once the information and additional options have been completed click the "Create" button and an active share link will be created
  • Copy the share link url that is populated
​Step 2
  • Access your email program
  • Select "Signature" in the options section
  • Under Edit signature, type the word, phrase or sentence that you want to appear beneath your signature to note it is a way to send you documents securely
  • Click on the hyperlink icon
  • Paste the share link into the address field
  • Click "OK" to save your changes
