If a user is having an issue with viewing the folders & files of their account when using an iPhone they will need to change the "Block Cookies" settings on the phone. To do this:
  • Access the phone settings menu and go to Safari settings
  • Under Privacy and Security there will be a "Block Cookies" setting
  • The setting needs to be set to "Always Allow" and saved
    • Note: If this setting is not on "Always Allow" then our digital vault will not work
