If a user is having an issue with viewing the folders and files of their account when using an iPhone they will need to change the "Block Cookies" settings on the phone.

To do this:
  • Access the phone settings menu and go to Safari settings
  • Under Privacy and Security there will be a "Block Cookies" setting
  • The setting needs to be set to "Always Allow" and saved
    • Note: If this setting is not on "Always Allow" then our digital vault will not work
