To add time-based multi-factor authentication to your login (if enabled by your service provider) ​​​​​​

Note: You will need to have a cell phone number entered and verified prior to adding Time-based MFA to your account. Here is how to add the number or confirm that one is in place and verified.  How to add or verify that your cell phone is in place  

Once you have a verified phone number in place:
  • Make sure you have an Authentication App on your mobile device (Google or Microsoft authentication apps work well)
  • Sign in to your digital vault
  • Select "My Profile" on the left-hand menu
  • Select "Login Security" from the menu choices displayed on the screen
  • Select "Time-Based Authentication" from the drop-down menu
  • Launch the authenticator application on your mobile device and select to add an account.
  • Choose "Scan a barcode" and scan the QR code that is shown on the screen with your mobile device.
  • Once the authenticator account is ready, enter the code presented on your mobile device and select to validate
  • Once the authenticator has a valid status click Update
