To upload file(s) directly to a user folder

Organization must have the feature enabled

Required Roles: User Editor and Document Uploader

Upload to New User
  • Click "Users" from the left navigation menu
  • Click the "Add User" action button and complete the User Profile
  • Click "Create"
  • The next window will be the upload feature
  • Select files to upload from the computer file directory and/or the File Library
    • If only uploading files from the computer file directory (Tab 1), once all files have been uploaded click "Close" to complete the process
    • If only uploading files from the File Library (Tab 2)
      • Select the files to be uploaded using the checkbox to the left of the file name or check the 'select all' checkbox to select all files
      • Click "Copy"
      • Click "OK" to verify in the next modal - a success notification should appear
      • Click "Close" to complete the process
    • If uploading from both areas, make sure all desired files have been uploaded (Tab 1) and/or copied (Tab 2) before clicking "Close" on either tab.





Upload to Existing User
  • Click "Users" from the left navigation menu
  • Locate the existing user in the Users list
  • Click the "Add Files" action icon

      
 
  • The next window will be the upload feature
  • Select files to upload from the computer file directory and/or the File Library
