There are two ways to upload files when the organization uses an Android mobile app
1. Create an upload ShareLink on your mobile device and email/text it to yourself
Locate the folder where you want to upload file(s)
Click the ellipses menu to the right of the folder name
Click Share in the menu
Create an upload share - we recommend Multiple for the Share Option with no Expiration Date and no PIN Code
Click Create
When the "Existing Shares" modal appears, click either the envelope icon (email) or speech bubble (text) to send the ShareLink URL to yourself
Once received by either method, click on the ShareLink to access the folder and upload functionality
Click or tap the Upload Area on the screen
Locate the file in your device's photo library, files storage area (i.e., for iPhone, it’s in the Files storage area) or take a new picture
Click the file, and the file will be uploaded to your digital vault.
2. Use a browser on your Android mobile device and login to your digital banking platform (online banking) on the web
On your mobile device, open a browser
Access the online banking login screen for your organization
Login to online banking
Navigate to your digital vault inside the digital banking platform
Click to access your digital vault
Locate the folder where you want to upload the file(s)
Click the ellipses menu to the right of the file
Click Share
Create the upload share - we recommend Multiple for the Share Option with no Expiration Date and no PIN Code
Click Create
When the Existing Shares modal appears, click either the envelope icon to email the ShareLink URL or the speech bubble icon to text the Share Link URL to yourself
Once received by either method, click on the ShareLink to access the folder
Click or tap the Upload Area on the

the file using the ShareLink process
Locate the file in your device's photo library, files storage area (i.e., for iPhone it’s in the Files storage area) or take a picture with the camera
Click the file and the file will upload to your digital vault n your phone.
